Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if product you received is defective or you wish to return or exchange it. In order to honor your return or exchange, items must be in their original condition and unused. Please note, items not in their like-new condition cannot be refunded or exchanged. Items returned for a full refund will be accepted under these conditions within 30 days of purchase.

Return/Exchange shipping back to Doggie-Depot is non-refundable unless the item is being returned as a result of our error.

Shipping of exchange items back to customers will be charged at exact shipping cost.

Backorders
Doggie-Depot will automatically ship any backorder when it becomes available for backorders great than $25.00.
